The Collosal Cases For the Creative Rights of Stan Lee

In October, 1998, a seminal event occurred in the history of Hollywood Intellectual Property transactions. Super Hero creator and pop culture Icon Stan Lee signed a Rights Assignment and Employment Agreement as his contribution to capitalize his new dot com company, Stan Lee Media Inc.

Stan Lee's contract, signed twice on October 20 and 21, 1998, launched the biggest Hollywood internet animation, production and creation company and set into motion an assignment of intellectual property rights that have been argued to include 50% of all the profits on copyrights owned by Marvel Entertianment on Lee's super hero billion dollar franchises.

The machinations over hiding and then claiming these rights is the basis of the biggest untold story of Hollywood greed and corruption that has yet to be told.
